GridClue™ is an online tool that allows policymakers and the general public to analyze electric grid performance for each region of the U.S. The principal data source for GridClue™ is the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
Our primary policy tool is the State Report Card. This page uses government data to grade states on:
- Resilience against a long-term outage
- Low Carbon Intensity of in-state generation plants
- Reliability as a measure of customer outages
- Low-Cost Electricity as determined by average price per kilowatt-hour billed to consumers
GridClue™ is a free service of the Foundation for Resilient Societies, a non-profit with the mission of boosting critical infrastructure resilience and recoverability.
